OMG! T.I. and Tiny’s $71 Million dollar judgment is being reduced to $17.8 million. A federal Judge decided there wasn’t enough evidence to prove they willfully copied the OMG Girlz.

Judge James Selna says the evidence shows that, at most, MGA and owner and founder Isaac Larian were negligent about investigating an alleged claim of infringement, but not that they acted with reckless indifference or willfulness.

Judge Selna eliminated $53 million in punitive damages.
