Mike Jamison is an award-winning broadcaster and entertainment professional who has racked up over 35 years in the Entertainment industry. At the young age of 15, he started as an on-air personality at a local radio station, WPAL-AM, in Charleston, South Carolina. And, as a college student, attending the University of South Carolina, Mike continued to refine his broadcasting skills, working for various local radio stations in the Columbia metropolitan area. Among other notable broadcasting organizations, Mike has worked in the Atlanta Radio Market at several stations as a Morning Drive Announcer, Mid-day and Evening Air Personality, Production Director, and Music Director. In addition, Mike has also enjoyed a vibrant career in broadcasting as a Television Meteorologist/News Reporter with a few TV outlets throughout the state of Georgia. As co-founder of The LEXIUM EMPOWERMENT GROUP, Inc., a 501(c)3 non-profit organization, Mike Jamison is also committed to opening doors and creating career opportunities that will develop and empower the next generation of leaders. Furthermore, he has worked with many well-known R&B, Jazz, Hip-Hop, and Rock Music Artists, as well as Comedians as an agent and concert promoter. Mike always enjoys meeting new people, playing an occasional round of golf, and all other outdoor activities. And you can catch him on the air at KISS 104.1 on Saturday mornings from 7:00AM until 12 Noon playing all of the classic hit songs from “Back in the Day” and entertaining his listening audience on “The Spotlight Gold Radio Show”. On Sunday mornings from 10:00AM until 12 Noon, Mike is the host for the radio show, “Good Day Inspirations”.
